WHO WE ARE

Back in 1966, my father established Electrical Services with one goal in mind: To give great electrical services that meet the highest standards of quality. From that day onwards, he never settled for less. Because electricity matters, and so does how we treat our  customers.


The policy started by my father is one we continue to follow today. We never take payment until a customer is completely satisfied. This means our customers never have to worry about quality - they know it's our top priority. 


It’s all about service, and about making sure that you feel confident with your choice, and know you are getting the safest solution in the field. We take pride in our work, and treat every job as if it were our own home or office. We care, and it shows.

Fairbanks Mill is a Vermont-based hydroelectric millwright general contracting company with over 40 years of experience. We specialize in complex industrial and commercial projects — delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality work.

Who We Are

Founded in 1979, Fairbanks Mill started with water-powered projects including concrete work, carpentry, site development, and landscaping. We’re now headquartered in the historic Fairbanks Scale factory in St. Johnsbury, VT.


In 2018, Brandon Boudreau — a former Fairbanks Mill employee — purchased the company. Brandon brought experience from his years at TransCanada, working on hydro stations across the Connecticut River, as well as serving several independent power producers.

With a unique balance of large-scale turbine knowledge and a sensitivity to the needs of small hydro operations, Brandon continues to lead Fairbanks Mill forward with the same quality and integrity it was founded on. Today, we offer services including turbine overhauls, penstock replacements, trash rake installations, and environmental solutions like fish passages and minimum flow systems.
